Privacy Policy

Jens Ollie LLC operates jensollie.com. This policy explains the information used to help you browse, place an order and speak with customer service.

Information you provide

Checkout collects contact details, billing and delivery addresses, email and phone number, together with the products in your order. If you create an account, we retain the account details needed to manage it. A contact form message includes the name, email, subject and message you submit.

How information is used

We use these details to process orders, provide delivery updates, handle returns, answer questions, maintain accounts and protect the site against misuse. Server logs can include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies in this shop

Essential cookies keep a shopping session, remember the contents of your bag and support login and checkout. Your Cookie Settings choice is saved in a cookie and local device storage for up to a year. No advertising or analytics scripts are active on this site. Accept and Decline both leave necessary shop functions available. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to reopen the choice. Your browser can also remove stored cookies; doing so may clear your bag or sign you out.

Who receives information

We share the information needed for website hosting, email delivery, order delivery and related business services. Service providers receive information for those tasks. We may disclose records where the law requires it or where necessary to protect customers and our business. Customer data is not traded or supplied for advertising audiences.

Retention and your choices

We retain order records as needed for service, accounting and legal obligations, and messages as needed to address the conversation. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Some records may need to remain for legal, tax, dispute or security purposes. We do not send marketing email through a newsletter signup on this site.

Security and other sites

HTTPS protects information in transit. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. External websites follow their own policies. This shop is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
