Shopping with Jens Ollie

These terms cover use of jensollie.com and purchases from Jens Ollie LLC. By using the shop, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Orders are also subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds.

Product details and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Each listing explains the included items; styling props and other dishes in photographs are excluded unless expressly listed. Glaze, natural wood grain and screen settings can create differences in appearance. Dimensions are approximate.

We take care with descriptions and prices, but an error may occur. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the choice of accepting the correction or cancelling for a refund. We do not use an incorrect listing as permission to substitute a different item without agreement.

Orders and delivery

Provide accurate contact and address details. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; it does not override our ability to address a listing error or an unavailable item. Applicable delivery charges and taxes, if any, are shown during checkout. Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, with an additional 3–7 days in transit.

Returns and care

A return may be requested during the 30 days after delivery. Our refund policy explains condition requirements, return postage and the inspection process. Use tableware in accordance with the instructions supplied with the item. Appliance suitability should never be assumed from appearance alone.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account access private and notify us about unauthorized activity. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another customer’s information, interfere with site operations or submit unlawful content through forms.

Content and responsibility

Our site content and brand design may not be copied for commercial use without permission. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of products or site interruptions. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
