Where your table can be

Our delivery area covers the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and destinations outside the United States fall outside this service area. Our business address in Alaska does not change the delivery area.

Preparation, then travel

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, allow 3–7 days for transportation. These are separate periods: the transit estimate begins after processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery estimates can be affected by severe weather, carrier interruptions and address corrections. We will share tracking information when it becomes available. Contact us if tracking seems unusual or a package does not arrive as expected.

A straightforward delivery charge

Standard shipping costs $6.99 for merchandise totals below $59. Orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts, before tax.

Addresses and arriving packages

Check the street, apartment number, state and ZIP code before placing your order. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly; a dispatched parcel may be beyond the point where its address can be changed.

If a piece arrives broken, keep the packaging and take photographs of the item and box when safe to do so. Email us with your order number. We cover the return shipping for transit damage, incorrect items and quality problems; see our Returns & Refunds page.
